Peter worked hard and professionally while working for us. During our sale campaign similar properties in our suburb with different agents did not reach their expected price, Peter pushed hard for us and exceeded our expectations. Peter was confident at all times and reassured us throughout the process. Without Peters guidance we may haven’t settled on a price much less than what Peter was able to get for us.

A honest, thoughtful and professional agent
I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris to sell a property. Chris has a very professional manner and on his first visit ensured he had undertaken some research of the local area. Chris presented us with a folder of local property sales which gave my elderly mother comfort, as she had little idea of property prices.No doubt he has great expertise in the 3081, 3084 locations. Chris took extra time out to visit my mother at her nursing home and ensure she was comfortable with his ability to sell her property and do the best possible for her, in regards to achieving a good market price. Chris maintained close contact with clear and unambiguous communication throughout the whole sales period with constant updates. He had a common sense approach to the presentation of the property so that unnecessary capital was not outlaid for what may have been no end value add. Chris remained contactable and always returned calls in a timely manner. I would easily recommend Chris as a man of character, integrity, knowledgeable about the market, and reliable.

Outstanding Level of Professionalism
My Mum and I were very pleased to be represented in the recent sale of a property in Rosanna by Christopher Macey. As we do not live in Melbourne, we were extremely grateful to Chris who provided us with an excellent level of local market knowledge; both of Melbourne and specifically Rosanna. Chris was also exceptionally helpful in directing us to a range of professionals to assist in the preparation of the property for sale including cleaners, packers, removals and solicitors to prepare contracts etc. Throughout the campaign, Chris was in constant contact with us providing very regular updates on the open homes, interested parties, buyer feedback and progression to Auction. Chris was also the Auctioneer on the day and he ran a very professional, organized auction resulting in a sale which was in line with his forecast and met our expectations. As we reside in another state, Chris was required to go above and beyond the normal agent workload to present the property to market. He did this willingly and he was exceptionally thorough, professional and very kind throughout the entire campaign up until settlement. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris Macey's services to anybody buying or selling property in Rosanna and the neighbouring suburbs. The nature of this sale was emotionally overwhelming and exhausting at times for Mum and I and we were so grateful to have Chris to manage the process on our behalf. Excellent Communication
It was an absolute delight having Elisse as my sales agent. Her communication before, during and after the sale was exceptional. Her determination to get buyers through the property and strive to achieve an outstanding result was by far her greatest strength. Not to forget her infectious personality which made the entire campaign a fun and easy (less stressful) process. Even though I work in the industry, selling my family home was still a major event. I had a very strict check list when choosing the successful agent and Elisse scored very high in all areas.
