Jason and Geoff proved to be the best agents we have dealt with by far. Although their fees are almost half that of their competitors the service they provided was exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and in fact would encourage others to use their service as I know they would be more than happy with the outcome. Thankyou JVS Realestate

Professional and Determined to achieve the best results
Jason worked very hard at getting the offer up substantially in what is a very difficult market He came back with counter offers several times from the buyer to finally clinch a deal which we accepted I would recommend Jason as he acted professionally at all times and was tenacious and acted in our best interest

Jason happily took on a tricky mid lease DHA sale from across the country - I’m in Sydney. He communicates well, without being pushy. He is friendly and approachable and knows his stuff. His honesty and transparency is refreshing. Thank you for your patience, support and hard work in dealing with my ignorance and sometimes silly questions- it is the first time I have had to sell a property on my own, so at times it was daunting. 5 STAR PLUS PLUS......
Both Jason and Geoff did a fantastic job in selling our home in a slow market. Geoff opened our home every weekend until it sold. Really impressed with the service he gave. Jason negotiated the sale and after quite a lot of back and forth with the buyer, we achieved a price we were exceptionally pleased with. JVS Real Estate offer an exceptional service at a very fair price. Why pay more than double the price with other agents when you can get a far cheaper price and in our opinion far better service. Will definitely highly recommend you to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent.

Full service
Full Service yet we saved thousands on commission. Jason and Geoff were excellent. Home opens were always busy. The offer and negotiation process went smoothly with us selling within 4 months. Forget the big real estate agents and their huge commissions - Jason and Geoff are fantastic for a fraction of the cost.
