Peter Mac handles every situation with great care, ensuring all legal requirements were followed correctly while keeping us informed at every step. What really stood out is his ability to quickly turn things around once the property became vacant. He moves efficiently to prepare the property for re-leasing, coordinating inspections, and implemented a strong marketing strategy that attracted quality prospective tenants in a short period of time. Within a very reasonable timeframe, he successfully secured new tenants, minimizing vacancy and financial loss for us. His communication was clear and timely throughout, and he was always available to answer questions or provide guidance when needed. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Peter Mac's professional service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and competent property manager. Peter's expertise and dedication truly makes a difficult transition seamless Thank you so much Peter
