I have been dealing with Millership & Co. for over 4+ years now and I have been lucky enough to have experienced all of their services. Starting with my partner renting with the rental team property manager - Ingrid who was amazing! I then moved out with my partner into our new home and Ingrid then became my property manger of my then home which I turned into an investment property. Ingrid again was a fantastic property manager could not fault her or Alana. From there we decided to sell the investment property and Ingrid was amazing AGAIN at managing our tenants to an agreement for me to sell the property early. I then dealt with Wayne and Paris for the sale of my property. I have to say that once I met with Wayne I didn't even get another agent in. This was due to the fact that he clearly knew what he was doing and was very trustworthy he told it how it was and his information was spot on. There was no sleazy over promising just well presented well researched evidence of the market at the time and where my property would sell at. At all times Wayne was honest and kept me up to date and managed everything from start to finish, he had fantastic contacts for conveyancing and for someone to dress the house for sale. He even stopped me spending money I didn't need to spend preparing the house for sale! Wayne and Paris made the whole process easy and my property was sold 3 days after the first open well over what our asking price was! This wasn't a fluke as I was already aware of the sales strategy Wayne had planned for my property before we went into the campaign and exactly how they were going to get to the price they got to and they just executed the plan. I wont harp on any longer LOL but the real consistent experience I have had with Millership and Co. the whole way through, is that they never over promise but they always over deliver time and time again!
