Paul, was fantastic in every way especially with holding open home at different times from morning to late evening and on top of that also provided personal open home. I found Paul to be knowledgeable of the area and was always on call if I had questions about anything. Highly recommend Paul Errichiello from Mint Belfield whether your selling or buying or perhaps having a chat so he knows what your looking for in detail.

We engaged Paul to sell our family home in an uncertain market. Paul was consistent, insightful in his advice and exceptionally calm. He was responsive to all our questions and was available anytime to jump on a call. He assisted us in getting the house ready for sale and balanced the needs of his clients with the volatility of the market.

We new right from the start that we had made the right choice in Mint Property, Paul didn’t hesitate in selecting and guiding us in selecting the best marketing and sales options for our style of property and was a pleasure to work with. We had some issues with major rainfall events at the time that led to water intrusion inside. Being interstate made this very stressful for us, Paul was able to assist and work with contractors to ensure it would be repaired and re assure potential buyers that it would be repaired. Paul went well and truly above and beyond to ensure a successful sale that achieved a price that was above our expectations, despite all the issues with the water intrusion. We can not thank Paul enough for his absolute professionalism and we would highly recommend Paul and Mint Property.
