My husband and I recently bought our first home with Mint property agents, when we first starting looking on the market we overwhelmed by the market and had lost all faith in real estate agents completely. When we first met Paul at an open house he was well mannered, highly professional but also very down to earth. He asked us what we were looking for and gave us honest feedback and advice based on our financial position giving us other factors to consider before making the big purchase. For first home buyers we found this advice humbling most agents prior to this disregarded our financial position, and our budget as they had taken us to see properties that were well above our budget. Paul was straight forward, he referred us to see a property that was within our price range and was perfect for my husband and I. Paul had previously asked us to express what things we were looking for in a property and once we had seen this property he expressed How he felt this place ticked all our boxes and it really did. Thank you Paul and the Mint team for all your assistance, for being so easy to liase with and for always keeping my husband and I fully informed in the purchasing process, I highly recommend Mint property agents to everyone, you will not be disappointed.
