Emily skilfully managed the selling process, as she took the time to understand both seller and buyer, making sure that deadlines and commitments were kept even when circumstances ( such as Removalists not arriving on time) threatened chaos. No slacking off was allowed. Emily is definitely an iron fist in a velvet glove, beautiful and charming but unbending to circumstances as she makes sure that the sale/settlement goes through. I would recommend Emily as an agent who is lovely to work with, but strong enough to ensure great results.
