Paul was very good at directing me to make changes that would make my place more appealing. He negotiated well and got me the price I wanted and was very good at communicating regularly and promptly. Paul knows the market well and the area and he is easy to talk to and realistic. I had a figure in my mind I wanted to achieve and Paul got it over the line.
