We recently enlisted Toby to sell our Como property and he did a fantastic job. When looking for an agent although Toby does not normally sell in Como the qualities he has and the trust we had in him resulted in it being a no brainer especially as we were located down south so it made it hard to visit and manage the property which meant we needed someone we could trust.
