I cannot recommend Nicola from Mint Real Estate highly enough. From start to finish, she made the entire process incredibly seamless. After meeting with a handful of agents, Nicola immediately stood out. She was hands-down the most thorough and informative when it came to the local area and market. The way she presented herself, along with the documentation and information she provided, was by far the most professional compared to the other agents we met with. Nicola’s knowledge of Attadale and the surrounding suburbs was exceptional. She clearly understands the local market and was able to guide us through pricing, strategy, and buyer expectations with real confidence and insight. We were also managing the sale of my late uncle’s home, which could have been quite overwhelming, especially as we were based in Victoria while the property was in Western Australia.
