Hi. Myself and two sisters were tasked for selling Mum's Unit as she had suddenly had to go into aged care. So, after suffering the death of our Dad a few months earlier and dealing with all that entailed, and also dealing with his unit. and working we sisters were quite stressed and overwhelmed. Marisa had recently sold the neighboring unit so we knew of her. At all points during the sales process from start to end Marisa was so easy and pleasant to deal with. She also went way over and above the call of duty and regularly reswept Mum's Unit, revacumed it many times - for example, after staging furniture removed etc. reswept the patio area many times. and even going so far as to enlist her family to help moving furniture to verge for council pickup and moving excess temporarily to the shed as we all lived at a distance and were very time poor. It was truly so very helpful and took a huge burden off of us. She liaised with the triplex neighbors re joint insurances, gave us good advice, kept us fully informed at all points of the process, offered four Conveyancing Specialists (we got a good one from that) and basically the process flowed seamlessly without a hitch.
