Andy is very easy to deal with and has a lot of experience and knows the East Fremantle area and the various types of houses well. He keeps track of various interested buyers and after I missed out at an auction, he contacted me about a property that he thought I'd be interested in - it was perfect. Initially there were a few issues with the building report but Andy worked between the 2 parties and we got everything sorted. Andy kept everyone up to date throughout the settlement period and was always easy to contact.

Nicola was one of a number of agents who we met with when putting our property on the market. I had no connections with her and asked her for a valuation based on her market presence, reviews and website. Nicola is a people person, her friendly attitude never wavered through the whole process. From start to finish Nicola was organised, knowledgeable and reliable. She was quick to respond by phone, text or email. In a 'Covid' market, although Nicola was respectful of our opinions and wishes, she was clear about her expectations regarding price, sale time and the demand for our property. We took her advice and staged the property. It sold in 6 days. Happy sellers. The purchasers are now renting out through Mint Reality so I would imagine they were happy with the process too. I highly recommend Nicola, Mint Reality and Shrinking Violet (the staging company).
