We were very satisfied with Paul's service. Paul was well organised and had a solid plan for the marketing and sale of our property. Our property, although very well presented did come with a few challenges all of which Paul had a toolbox of solutions for. We engaged him approx 3 weeks before being ready to go to market, in hindsight we should have engaged him earlier. Paul added value in guiding us on how to prepare the property for the target buyers. Having lived at the property for10+ years we believed we knew the local market and demographic, but Paul did present other considerations. In a weak market Paul sold the property within 2 weeks, and 2 open homes a great result! Would certainly recommend Paul for Palmyra.
