Toby was outstanding to deal with. He was direct and honest about the buying process, and ensured we were kept in the loop throughout. Once the deal was done Toby was fantastic in helping us finalise everything we needed to do, and worked with us and the sellers to get access to the property as needed prior to settlement. We would not hesitate in recommending Toby.

As a first time seller I was initially very apprehensive, but Emily’s reassurance inspired me to make a change and downsize my property. She managed everything in such a professional manner and kept me so well informed. I felt very supported right throughout the process and I knew I was in good hands. She was able to achieve an amazing outcome for me and I can’t speak highly enough of her approach. I’m very grateful and happy with everything and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Could not have asked for a friendlier or more knowledgeable agent! She was committed to the sale of our house from the get go and provided accurate and realistic advice throughout! We would use Emily again in a heart beat.

Nice person to deal with but clearly he did not brief his client on obligations of providing a house with all advertised features fully functional. Too laid back and not proactive in resolving the issues.
