Buying, selling and moving house is a stressful experience for everyone, but our experience in selling our home with Toby was as good as it gets. He was the agent who sold it to us seven years ago, and we had been very impressed then by his calm, straightforward approach. He kept in touch over the years - just occasionally, no pressure, just checking in to let us know that if we ever did decide to move again, he could help us. He and his team ensured that everything went smoothly, and his knowledge of the area and extensive database of clients meant that we were able to find a buyer before the house even went onto the market. From then on, he dealt with us and the buyers as equals, ensuring that communication was clear and that everyone knew what was happening.
