Scott’s ‘let’s get this sold’ shines through his whole team

Scott’s ‘we’ll get this done’ attitude from our first discussion convinced us that Mitchell’s Realty was the right sales team for us. His marketing plan ticked all the boxes but we especially liked that while he was providing us with a broad outline of how the individual components of the approach worked together he was taking pictures of the house for what he called ‘his amateur photo shoot’ to use in his head start call out to potential buyers on his in house data base. He explained that the professional photo shoot with its drone shots, walk through video, floorplans and local services descriptions takes a few days to get organised. You need a bright, sunny day and a known camera man to get a good quality product and while that is coming together he can use his amateur phone shots of the house to form the basis of a quickly put together ‘heads up’ to potential buyers he has on his data base. While the professional stuff for Real Estate.Com and Domain were being finalised and the Sales Board for display on our busy street was being made Scott sold our house. He didn’t stop work on the marketing plan as he said ‘things happen and you just can’t assume the sale will go to settlement’. So advertising work continued (work that Scott was paying for as our Marketing was included in his Commission). It was a thoroughness and a demonstration of Scott’s experience and his obvious drive to do the best job he can for his Clients that impressed us. This thoroughness and commitment to getting a great result and keeping us informed was also demonstrated his partner Katrina and their small support team of Scout and Belinda.
