He was easy to talk to and made me feel confident with the whole process. The way he marketed the property with the video was fantastic and I was very impressed with his professionalism. Excellent step by step progress through to sale.

From the start Scott and the team were professional and approachable. My questions were answered and he asked questions to clarify matters. Their knowledge of the market was comprehensive and up to date. The approach was always professional and extensive. I had no experience with property sales and he lead me through step by step so that I was always aware of progress towards my final sale. It was a pleasure to work with decent and trustworthy people.

Kat and Scott were great to work with as I don't like to deal with a lot of paper work and they made everything very simple to understand. Honest and easy to get along with and able to negotiate well with the sellers and myself. Would definitely recommend and use again

Stress free and easy sale from interstate

Scott originally sold my Mum and Dad's house to them in 2012. It's great to see someone still in real estate who has gone through dips in the market and has a wide range of experience, so this current dip didn't phase him. I relied on Scott completely to sell Mum's place while I was interstate. He took care of open days, presenting the house and gave me great feedback after open homes. He didn't charge any marketing yet it was absolutely top notch with drone footage and great photos, along with presence on realestate.com and domain.com. My brother and I, as power of attorney (POA) for Mum, were really happy with Scott and would recommend him and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell in Hervey Bay. He was great at picking genuine buyers that were qualified and could see when other were not. He made the entire process seamless. We also found him to be intuitive and pro-active, Scott really listened and had the contract set out properly and in the right names for POA. Scott gave us a quick and easy sale, and when I had any questions was very happy to answer them. We highly recommend Scott and the team at Mitchell's Realty, who all offered top notch customer service! Thank you.
