Following 4 years of exemplary property management of our Leederville townhouse by Michelle McGill and Meagen Crump of M & M, we asked Michelle to do an appraisal to help decide whether we should sell as market rents fell. The appraisal was surprisingly high so we went ahead in August/September 2017. Michelle suggested we carry out some strategic painting and recarpeting to best present the property. Her marketing plan worked very well and we received two offers above the appraisal price within 3 days of the first house open. We accepted the higher (cash) offer and settled 24 days later.
