Above & Beyond expectations.
Daniel was the epitome of professionalism in his approach to and the processing of the sale. He made a very stressful process almost enjoyable. His knowledge and professionalism was tempered with a refreshing approachability and a sense of humour. He also had the knack of listening to our concerns and worries, analysing them, and puting them into perspsctive. There were no wild promises, just solid analysis, explanations and advice that ended up with us achieving a sale price of many thousands above our greatest expectations. Daniel is an agent that gives lie to the negative stereoptype that seems to be applied to the industry. We would unreservedly reccomend Daniel to any potential seller.

Hard working and true to his word throughout
Victor had been keeping my updated with sales and market data in Wollongong for two years prior to my sale. He was always willing to help and I never felt pressured to use his services. I decided to go with Victor and MMJ due to his market knowledge and experience in Wollongong. From day one we both set our expectations and they were all met. I advised him of my realistic price range and that target was reached within a fortnight of negotiations. I could call Victor at any time and he was a participant at every stage, even pointing out a mistake in the contract that would have led me to supply the buyer with an additional air conditioning unit (I had 2 in the unit, contract said 3). Very happy with the service I received and recommend him for your sale/purchase. Being from Sydney I never actually met Victor face to face, so don't let that deter you

Trustworthy and passionate professional
After speaking with four different agents in the area I took some time to make a decision and even contemplated sell my investment unit myself, because Hey!there were forty in the block and at least one seem to sell ever month so it wasn't hard to value based on recent sales. But I was so glad I chose Victors service, they guys a true professional and got me the highest price ever achieved in that block of units at the time. I left everything up to him, pricing and negotiating after I told him what I would take. Not only did he sell the unit for more than had been achieved before but ten thousand more than what I would have taken, that's the sort of trust you want in an agent.
