We were given poor advice and almost non existent communication in fact at one stage I didn't hear from Daniel for 11 days and I ended up calling him for an update. Negotiation was extremely poor and in the end (on his advice and because of his disinterest) I sold my property for well under what I believe it was worth... I was right because the people who bought it from me sold it 5 months later for $80,000 more than what they paid for it without doing any work to it!

We are pleased with the manner in which David Geary has handled the sale of our house. He has kept us informed of any developments and given us timely advice on a number of aspects regarding the preparation and sale of our property. The advertising campaign was satisfactory. We were disappointed with the response on Open House days but that was out of his control. MMJ staff handled these days efficiently. We appreciated the meeting with David on the day prior to the auction day and were surprised that there was a bid on the day as nobody had registered up until the auction. However we were pleased that David was able to negotiate the only bid up to a price that was acceptable to us.
