Smooth and regular communication
Daniel has exceptional knowledge of the Wollongong area. He explained the apartment really well and was very accessible and would always communicate quickly and efficiently. Once the purchase went through , Daniel efficiently passed on our details to the internal residential leasing team. Really pleased with Daniel and MMJ!!

Excellent, professional
David was personable, knowledgeable and available when we requested a mid-week inspection. During the property purchasing process he and his team were flexible throughout the 6 week settlement period to fit into our busy work schedules, organised essential maintenance swiftly in our new property within 24hrs and were considerate in the offer process by communicating clearly and openly. They were also respectful of the wishes of the vendor and prioritised this over their own interests as a business. It was pleasing to see and they certainly offered us quality service. On the day of settlement, the team stayed back after hours so that I could pick up the keys after work. Would recommend.
