Made it easy and comfortable

We recently bought our home from Trever and his team. There was no "games" and the process just flowed. He was transparent in his negotiations. After being treated poorly during negotiations at other properties, with other agents, we were pleasently surprised by Trevor's commitment. This is how buying and selling a house should be!

Great Agent

We were right to trust Trever!

Amazing agent, fantastic experience.

My partner and I recently purchased our first home with the help of Trever Molenaar. This was our first experience engaging in the process of purchasing property and we cannot believe how smooth our experience was. From the very first visit at the open house, Trever was patient and helpful with us, providing valuable insight into the market and the property. Trever was always helpful and available for feedback and support. We rarely went a day without hearing back from Trever or his team via phone conversation, and was contacted via email very frequently during both the offer and cooling off periods. Trever was always honest with us and we never had the impression that there was any information not being shared with us. If we ever sell property in the future we would not hesitate to do so with Trever.
