Laura is a Licenced Real Estate Agent who holds a Certificate IV in Property Services and a Level 3 Certification in InDesign with a Diploma in Social Media & Marketing from the Shaw Academy. She has worked at a Law office for 4 years and has been in the Real Estate industry since 2008, in roles such as Property Officer, Senior Property Manager and Sales and Marketing Coordinator. All of this experience makes her a phenomenal Property Manager for all of our Dapto clients. Aiming to be the best at what she does, Laura has earned multiple achievements throughout her career such as being one of the Board of Directors for EAC in 2021 and the Realestate.com.au Property Panel. She was also 2020 Rate My Agent Property Manager of the Year for Dapto, a Finalist for Outstanding Support Person of the Year in 2016 and Finalist for Property Manager of the Year in 2010. In the future, Laura’s goal is to be an industry leader in Customer Services, fulfilling her inspiration for helping people achieve their desired results.

Mitchell James is one of the most community minded agents in the Dapto Region. His recent appointment as a Director in the MMJ Real Estate Group is a welcome addition and provides the opportunity for this young gun to demonstrate his commitment to achievement and service. Before Mitchell began his career in Real Estate in 2007, he worked for Poplar Petfood and was the secretary of the local Rugby League Referees Association for a few years. He holds a Class 1 Real Estate Agent licence, and because of his diverse experience, Mitchell has developed the ability to understand every client’s situation including potential outcomes and how to get there. Mitchell’s objective is to ensure everyone who engages his service benefits from the experience he willingly shares, and enjoys the journey too. In fact, one achievement he is most proud of is building a team of caring human beings and creating an empathetic culture within the company. “We are only a 5-year-old business, so growth is still on the radar for us.
