Fil is a brilliant agent! I interviewed 5 agents prior to placing my home for sale. 4/5 agents advised that my home would achieve between $530 - $600k which I thought was fair. After meeting Filipp however, I realised the other agents hadn’t done enough homework. Fil was very well prepared & he was able to quickly identify & advise that my property was in fact fit for development. He advised my property would achieve between $600 - $640k. He sold my home within the first week to a developer at $640,000 with a longer settlement to help me move! A minimum $40,000 more than any other agent told me! Life changing to say the least. I have and will continue to highly recommend Fil & his team to anyone thinking of selling or buying!
