Her knowledge of the market was good and helped us achieve the best outcome after government economic changes. Her marketing strategies worked for us and she communicated regularly throughout the sales process. Would we use her again - YES.

If you are on the fence about what real estate agent to go with like we were, go with Simone from Moneybags. Our experience with Moneybags was second to none. Quick turn around, great communication, complimentary home styling and no nonsense. Simone made the process of selling and purchasing so smooth. We told Simone that we wanted to purchase a property she had listed for sale but that we needed to sell our place first. Within a week our home was listed for sale and sold the following week helping us to secure the new place. We are very pleased with how smooth the whole process was. Cheree and Simone were amazing and communicated with us every step of the way. We would not hesitate to recommend Simone and her team and will certainly be going with Moneybags again in the future.
