Selling a property is a stressful time. Selling a property in this current pandemic environment presents unprecedented challenges. We were so pleased to have worked with Michael Montano & Sarah Gay. Throughout the sales process, nothing was a problem. Michael and his team were available any time and literally organised everything from cleaning the property to the intricacies of exchanging contracts in a time of lockdown. The current NSW Health orders meant that Michael had to accompany every potential purchaser through the property individually. I was adamant to take the property to auction, as it was a unique duplex. Michael’s efforts culminated in a Zoom auction with nine registered bidders, all of whom participated in a bidding war with an end result that saw him achieve a sale price well above our expectation. We were so impressed with Michael’s work, two weeks later we decided to sell the second duplex. As Michael had already established a price, he sold the property within four days, again under even stricter health conditions.
