Real estate is second nature to James – as a 3rd generation Montano, the most recognised name when it comes to property in the inner west . Personable, trusted and highly skilled, James forms part of the Power of 4 at Raine & Horne’s Leichhardt office as a Director, bringing a unique and savvy approach to this highly successful agency. With real estate playing a big part in his life since he was born, James’ philosophy is to always know more and continuously seek improvement. This has seen him complete a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in commercial law, and spend time working internationally, with 8 years in Financial Services sales across both Asia and London. He brings a global influence to his work, underpinned by local knowledge, and the strong family values which the Montano family have established over the past 60 years.
