Great selling experience.
Michael's knowledge of the area and client base enabled a sale without the need for advertising or open homes! Michael is a very friendly, honest and approachable guy, who always picked up the phone regardless of day or time. I would use him again and highly recommend him!

Residential sale
I have been a property investor in the centenary area for approximately 20 years. I have experienced over the years a number of agents who have sold my properties. In my opinion i rate Michael as the most professional agent i have had any experience with. His knowledge of not only marketing real estate but also of the centenary area is second to none. He constantly kept me updated with the sale and was always confident of achieving the asking price which is what every seller wants to hear.I had previously listed the property with another reputable local agent for 3 months with no offers at all.I listed with Michael for 3 weeks and had 4 offers and had great success with one of those offers.I highly recommend Michael to anyone thing of selling or buying property in the area.

Selling our Jindalee property
Michael was upfront and honest with us from the "get go". He gave us an obligation free appraisal almost 12 months before we decided to sell and there was never any subsequent pressure from him. When we did decide to proceed we intended to interview a number of agents but after speaking with Michael again decided there was no BS involved and gave him the job. His commission was reasonable and market knowledge proved to be right on the money. We sold within the range he advised. The sale took the time Michael indicated that it probably would and we were kept well informed all along the way. Selling a home is always stressful but More Real Estate and Michael Devlin managed to keep that to a minimum and we actually had a few laughs along the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael's services and expertise

Super fast sale
