I can recommend Michael Devlin as he was able to achieve a sale for us when others couldn't. After listing with 2 other agents Michael approached us for the listing. Our house was nearby Michaels office and he was able to secure a conditional contract for us within 21 days of him listing. Can not beleive how quickly our house SOLD !!!
Michael and his team at MORE Estate agents did a wonderful job in marketing and selling our house in record time. There were a few hiccups during the transaction however Michael was able to rectify these quickly.

Sold in a day
I thought that it would be easy for our property to sell. I thought that it didn't really matter who I engaged as my real estate agent. Our house was in a sort after suburb. Our house was attractive and had a lot to offer. Sure it flooded in 2011, but that shouldn't be a problem. I was wrong. I listed with another agent. After 10 weeks of nothing. Not one offer. I approached Michael. He was so positive. Even though our property was now harder to sell because it had been on the market for so long he was confident that he would sell before the month was up. He gave us a plan on how to best market our home and told us how he would honestly answer questions from buyers regarding the flood. And it sold after ONE open house!! For the price we asked for!! I would highly recommend Michael to sell your home.

Fantastic Agent - Sold in 1 day!
Michael is a fantastic local agent. He has great knowledge of the area, and how to get a house sold. We told him we wanted a quick sale, as we were buying another. He had a signed contract on the first open home. And to our excitement he got us More then expected. His communication and strategies were on point. We would highly recommend.
