I have sold a few properties in my time and have used a different agent each time. Mostly the experience left a bad taste in my mouth when I discovered I was manipulated and so was my buyer. I found Charl after monitoring sales in the area and saw what great results he was getting - far out performing other agents. Charl also got a great result for me but that’s not the best part of my experience. The best part was his incredible professionalism and outstanding skills in communication and management of the entire sale process. From my end it felt seamless but he had some very tricky issues to manage with the buyer and flooding, managing it all so well and looked after my needs all the way. I never thought I would ever be so grateful to an agent for supporting me so well but I am in this case. I would hands down never use anyone else.
