Moving into a brand new townhouse in the winter with an 18 month old child and paying over $2,500 a month rent, one would expect the central heating to work... I was impressed from the first interaction with Melissa at the inspection. She was very nice and gave me plenty of time and space to view the property and she informed me when my application would be viewed and examined. The application process was smooth and prompt as she promised. Ashleigh called to give me the good news that I have been accepted and from then everything was done via email and online, from signing the lease to payments.
