Cathy Louw from Morrison Kleeman in Eltham has been managing our investment property since early 2017. It is a large property (an acre) with a small niche market and I was apprehensive about being able to rent it out. Cathy is superb!!!! She managed to secure our first tenant in an off market negotiation very quickly. After that lease needed, Cathy secured our next tenant without any gaps in between tenancies.
