I am so glad I chose Graham Morrison to sell my home. The marketing strategy he outlined at our first meeting, including his understanding of the value of the property, and the type of buyer to be targeted, was put in place quickly and efficiently. The team at Morrison Kleeman really do work as a team! From day one, everyone kept in touch with me by phone and email, with attention to every detail. The stylist, the photographer, the video maker were all organised without a problem, and their work was also of a very high standard. The sales team are warm and positive, well-organised and responded promptly to any queries from buyers. After each "open" I was told in detail who had been through, and what their comments were. Prior to auction, and working closely with buyers afterwards, Graham worked tirelessly to negotiate and then finalise a price and settlement terms that both vendor and purchaser are very happy with.
