Marilyn was very professional with everything she did in regard to selling my house. When she said she would do something, she did it. When she said she would come and visit me, she was on time every time. If she said she would call at a certain time, she called right on time. As this was the first time I had an experience of selling my home, at no time did I feel intimidated by Marilyn. Marilyn is a credit to her profession and I would highly recommend her.

I have called upon Craig's advice twice, once 2 years ago when purchasing a property for my Mum and again recently in the sale of my home. His advice to me throughout both these transactions were invaluable. Craig is so professional and warm in his approach and he took the time to understand my Mum's needs and was able to negotiate successfully with the Vendor. In the second transaction, having not sold a property before, I left most decisions up to him (for eg. going to Auction) - I really trust him, which is not something normally associated with RE Agents. Craig was honest and kept in contact with me regularly, shared opportunities, kept his team involved and informed and ultimately this influx of interest through his hard work, proved an outstanding result, far beyond my expectations.
