Trenton was absolutely wonderful from our initial meeting at the open house to our discussions regarding the house. he was honest and ethical. We kept in constant contact from the day we did the deal right up to and after settlement. I was very impressed with Trenton regarding the selling my property. He is extremely knowledgeable In regards to selling properties, pricing, and the suburbs and surrounding area’s. I found Trenton to be very professional, a hard worker and very courteous to everyone he comes in contact with. Trenton’s communication skills are exceptional, he goes above and beyond for his client’s and is very supportive and helpful with all enquires, he makes you feel like no question is to silly. I purchased my apartment through Trenton and when I went to sell 5 years later I contacted him immediately. Trenton was very knowledgeable of the market, realistic about timelines and list prices and flexible with the selling strategy. After engaging Trenton I found both him and his administration team went above and beyond to ensure I knew what the process was, what was needed from me and when and as the sale progressed I felt very supported and informed through what can be a stressful process I completely trusted they had my best interest in mind. I have recently purchased a property from another real estate company and the service does not even compare to that of Morrissey Property. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
