I've known David Lipman for about 7 or 8 years, and I know for a fact that he's literally lived and breathed Penrith real estate throughout that time, and especially within and around the Thornton precinct. I've always found David to be a professional, knowledgeable, genuine and friendly individual, so when it came time to sell my apartment in Thornton recently, I can honestly say the thought of dealing with anyone else other than him never even crossed my mind. From start to finish (only a matter of around 4 weeks from signing up to acceptance of offer) David and his team were nothing but brilliant. Communication was off the charts with regular updates. I trusted him completely throughout the process, and I do believe he ultimately went above and beyond to achieve a great result for me as the vendor. I can't recommend David and his team at Morton's Real Estate Penrith enough, and am ecstatic with absolutely everything about my experiences dealing with them. The bottom line is simply this... If you're looking to buy or sell, and especially in the Thornton precinct, you simply won't find another agent that knows the place better, or is more committed to seeing the area thrive.
