Our experience with Ian was great. The communication process throughout our campaign was great from Ian. It was a little disappointing that the projected market valuation was not met but in saying that comment the market did shift down. He did try hard to get the best result for our property given the current status of the market. I highly recommend him as his work was done in a highly professional manner.
