My wife and I have just sold our property in Pyrmont through Ian Qui. He exceeded our expectations. Right from the first meeting we found him enthusiastic, well prepared, knew the market very well. He gave us history of his sales in the area and advised us on his marketing strategy, presentation of property and a detailed timeline for sale. As we are Living interstate, having good communication was very important for us. He scheduled regular Skype and phone face time meetings with us every week and always rang on time and gave feedback on open house. He was proactive throughout the campaign, communicated at every step, emailed us written reports after every open house keeping us informed on interest from prospective buyers. He happens to be an very good negotiator who works for his clients, keeping their interests at heart. His proactive approach and hard work made it easy for us to close the deal before the auction.
