His knowledge of the area is superb but it’s his manner and thoughtfulness that made it such a pleasure to complete a very successful purchase guided by Ian and his team. I cannot recommend Ian too highly. Buying or selling now involve huge sums and it can be very stressful. A truly considerate agency team is rare — and makes all the difference. Definitely 5 stars!

We cannot praise Ian and his team enough for the recent sale of our apartment in Ultimo. Ian's knowledge of the market, communication skills and command of the entire sale process was faultless. As the vendor, the whole process was stress free and efficient - the property was sold for more than we expected in a shorter timeframe.
