I've used Nathan twice now, and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. From day one he's been so easy to deal with, always answers his phone (or calls you straight back), and if something needs doing, he's onto it straight away. That kind of communication makes such a difference and takes a lot of the stress out of buying and selling. Nathan really knows the market, gives honest advice, and you can tell he genuinely wants the best result for you. At no point did I feel like I was just another client. We just sold our house with Nathan and I cannot recommend him enough! He was an absolute champ from beginning to end. Love that he was able to do a rent back for us which also worked in our favour as they didn’t need all the extra money for marketing, photos etc
