A very great experience
Courtney was a very positive person to be working with. She was available by phone and email for any query, had great connections for the images taken of the property and also made valuable suggestions that enhanced the property. I was able to discuss the price and when offers were being made, I was kept in the loop with support by Courtney, however I could also stand firm on my bottom line and put forward my preferences easily too. I really enjoyed working with Courntey to sell my property.

Very down to earth!
Courtney had a great knowledge of the home we purchased and was happy to answer any questions we had. We made a quick offer and she communicated well between us and the home owners and was able to negotiate a good price. She was also helpful after the purchase with any follow up queries we had.

Absolutely brilliant.
We had three agents come in to talk to us about selling our home, it was between Courtney and one other agent but Courtney said she could get $170,000 more than the other agent. We were amazed as we didn’t expect it, we had visions of the house sitting on the market for months. We went on the market on the Friday, by Tuesday we had two views and one on Wednesday. The home was sold within the week and for the asking price. Amazing. On top of that Courtney is a lovely person, never rushes you through anything, she will sit and have a coffee and chat ensuring you fully understand the process and what’s happening at the time. I can’t speak highly enough of Courtney.

We were absentee owners and she was able to quickly and efficiently organise people to do jobs that were required to make the house sale ready. Delighted With The Outcome
Courtney did a great job for the vendor, and extracted a bid from us that was the absolute maximum we were prepared to pay. During the negotiation process there were some delays, offers and counter offers but we always found Courtney very approachable and helpful. In the end we settled quickly with both parties achieving a satisfactory result. We are delighted with our new home and can't thank Courtney and Gabby enough for their assistance in finding our little piece of paradise.
