Gabby did a fantastic job from appraisal to settlement. Her appraisal was aligned to what I was thinking and demonstrated her knowledge of the market. She offered great advice some I took some I didn’t. She listened and was flexible to my needs. She constantly communicated with me what was happening, so I was never left wondering. She managed potential buyers with the expertise of a seasoned professional particularly at the end when two parties wanted the unit and negotiations were frantic. Not only that she is an absolute delight to work with. I am grateful for her efforts in helping me sell my property at above asking price.
