I have had appraisal from another agents, were not confident to achieve more than $1.4M but Malwinder was very confident to achieve $1.5M within 2 to 3 weeks time. He has got us offers on 1st open home and we were happy to take it. Malwinder advised us to be patient as he wanted to make sure the purchasers have no such issues with their financials. Once confirmed with Purchasers, their Solicitors and their Lender then asked Purchasers to sign the contract and pay deposit.
