The property was sold during a boom market. We consulted numerous agencies to help determine who would deliver the greatest outcomes. Most agents assured that they could sell the property at a price above our expectations, which was reasonable given the state of the market. We mulled over numerous variables and decided to go with Inder and Mountview Realty. Considerable emphasis was given to Mountview as they developed their brand without relying on the reputation of a recognisable franchise. Inder demonstrated impeccable instincts. He generated significant interest in the property and was able to negotiate the above expectations price that was agreed upon, the price that others said was the absolute maximum. However, Inder exercised patience and continued to take offers from other potential buyers. As a result, he was able to achieve a higher sale price, well beyond what others imagined was possible, which was twice the above expectations amount! We have sold numerous properties with many agents. Many problems tend to arise after a 5-10% deposit has been made, especially as buyers tend to become very demanding and involve their lawyers. We have had a real estate agent in Marsden Park hide the detail that they accepted a 0% deposit, which was made clear after the buyer walked away and another in Marsden Park negotiate a $2,000 rebate to the buyer as they miscalculated their transfer duty costs. These were horrible outcomes that were uncompensated by the real estate agencies. However, Inder proved to be superior. He continued to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and facilitated smooth and effective dialogue between both parties. This would have no doubt included managing unrealistic demands from the buyer. Ultimately, the sale experience was a very stress-free process that delivered the greatest profits. We will only use Inder for our next sale.
