Land Purchase
Rahul is a responsible and keen agent. He will liaise and negotiate the deal between me and vendor, be fair to both sides. He help me to extend the settlement date before sign for any agreement. He will help you to find a solicitor and willing to answer any questions. He will provide reasonable suggestion if hiccups arise at the settlement. His work is recommendable.

Excellent service
Rahul is a very knowledgeable person about the market and knows exactly what he does. Felt very impressed about the way he treats the customer. Once he actually drove us to his own home to give is a feeling about how a house built in a 10m wide land look like. He was very supportive throughout. Very professional too. Once he actually saved is from getting into a trap that another chinese agent were going to sell. I wish him all the very best. I would rate 10 out of 10 and we will reach out for him for our next purchase as well.
