Very professional & supportive
We have recently purchased a land with Raman's help. I'm glad to came across to such a professional, straight-forward and dedicated agent. He came to me with a good deal which got us at the first place, unlike other he wasn't pushy, he gave us the options and left the decision on us which I find very rare in any agent. He was very prompt with any query, has been always available whenever I called or text him and came to me with a proper answer. I appreciate how professionally he deal with his client and consider the client's best interest, don't just look for selling the property. He helped us with the builder as well, where the experience is satisfactory so far. For a first home buyer this whole process can be very exhausting and confusing, but I'm happy to find someone reliable and knowledgable like him. Rahul is a responsible and keen agent. He will liaise and negotiate the deal between me and vendor, be fair to both sides. He help me to extend the settlement date before sign for any agreement.
