Hesh Rasitha did a wonderful job in selling our property at Glenwood. He advised us very well in all matters of the sale and made it such a smooth process. During open for inspection, he always called us after each open house and updated us with the inspection status, whether people were interested and if so how many etc. He sold the property at a price above our expectations Apart from the sale of the property, Hesh has been managing our property for a few years and we have had a very positive experience over this period. We have needed support with finding tenants, repairs and general admin. In all of these areas, Hesh has been responsive and accomodating of our requests. . If there was something in the property that is broken or needs repair, he will inform us once the tenant's request is received, give us suggestions, and wait for our response with patience. We have appreciated having a trusted advisor in Hesh and we would not hesitate to use his service if required. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours. Thank you so much Hesh.

We have recently purchased a land with Raman's help. I'm glad to came across to such a professional, straight-forward and dedicated agent. He came to me with a good deal which got us at the first place, unlike other he wasn't pushy, he gave us the options and left the decision on us which I find very rare in any agent. He was very prompt with any query, has been always available whenever I called or text him and came to me with a proper answer. I appreciate how professionally he deal with his client and consider the client's best interest, don't just look for selling the property. He helped us with the builder as well, where the experience is satisfactory so far. For a first home buyer this whole process can be very exhausting and confusing, but I'm happy to find someone reliable and knowledgable like him. I will highly recommend Raman to anyone who's looking for a property. Thank you Raman for your support.
