My Feedback for Raman Brar and Malwinder Pandher from Mountainview RE Unfortunately, I had an atrocious experience with Mountainview RE. First, they initially promised to sell my property for $3.8M-$3.9M but barely managed to sell it for $3.375M. Second, at no point did they advise clients on how to handle a sale—for example, if you don’t want to include something, make sure to list it under exclusions. Third, they offered items that weren’t included in the sale but that the buyer liked, such as my $7,000 barbecue, which I ended up losing. They even went so far as to tell us, “Don’t worry, we’ll offer them money for the BBQ and solve the problem.” All of this shows how unprofessional and dishonest they can be. Lastly, and most outrageously, when the property was sold, they sided with the buyers and never defended us. The only thing they cared about was their commission. If I had to rate them, I’d give a 0 out of 10 for both persons Greg

Ravi was not listed as Top 1 sales agent in this area so he was not my first choice at the beginning. However, Why I chose him to sell my house? I spoke with four agents to have some feeling before I decided to let my house on the markets. He was the only one suggesting me to hold my house for a while until the metro started to run while others suggested me sell it ASAP. He was the only one understanding all my demands even helped some detailed issues, giving me very useful advice. He was the only one even working at midnight for my buyer to finalise the contract.
