Experience with property sales, Rain and Horne Stockton now known as Moveables.
My experience with Jessica - Lee Molan has been really good at a professional level. She is a very nice person to work with. She has got very good knowledge of properties around the area, great marketing skills, good character and a good negotiator. I am happy with the sale she did for me. Also on the other hand the property has been managed well, rent up to date and money transferred to my account promptly. If I would ever build or buy a investment property in Newcastle, Movables will be my first choice to manage.

A highly efficient and successful sales process
The opportunity to work with Jason and his broader sales team at Moveable has been a stress free and efficient sales process that yielded optimum results for the sale of our property. From the initial engagement, Jason's advice and guidance on the the sales strategy was consistently sound and delivered in professional manner that gave us confidence throughout the marketing campaign and lead up to auction. Communication throughout was excellent, particularly as it applied to articulating the approach and conduct of the auction. Overall, we feel satisfied we got the best possible result on auction day in relation to the market conditions, due in large part to the performance of Jason and his team.

Great Outcome!

Highly professional and experienced agent
Jason and his team provided weekly feedback, including in-house rating of buyers they regarded as warm or cold. Communication was good as were Jason's negotiation skills. I understood Jason was working in a difficult market but he didn't deviate from his initial valuation of the property. I was happy with the outcome and have no hesitation recommending Jason. A very personable agent.

Professional, Resourceful and Competent
Jess is sharp when it comes to knowledge in the market and developing a marketing plan, which was what I wanted. Her recommendations such as the furniture styler was spot on - the house looked amazing! Jess approached everything professionally, she was naturally passionate about the location of the property. She valued it, and showed that in her sales approach, something that cannot be copied without being faked. She also took a youthful and modern approach to everything. A very competent sales person, that I trusted . Prior to Jess, I had a terrible experience with my previous realestate agent that simply said that I am hard to please. The truth was I just have high standards, which Jess also had. This is what you need when selling over $1M properties. If statistics are anything to go by, my first open house had over 70 inspections with Jess, instead of 17 inspections with the other realestate . This came down to knowing the market and marketing it correctly. Noting second time around it would be expected less and not 4 times more people.

I Highly Recommend Jessica - Lee Molan.
It”s a huge decision who to trust selling you’re biggest asset! I have dealt with many agents over the years and had some very bad experiences, so, this time around, I was extremely cautious who I chose to sell my home with. Before I was seriously ready to sell, I interviewed several agents. From the get go, I was extremely impressed with Jessica - Lee’s market knowledge, integrity and professionalism. So, when it came time to sell, I had no hesitation that she was the woman for the job. She acted promptly and got the ball rolling - within 1 week the house was listed. She listened very carefully and respectfully re my wishes and concerns about the sales process. This was important to me as in the past, I had a terrible experience with another Stockton local agent. Throughout the few weeks the house was on the market, Jessica - Lee communicated with me after every inspection and always remained extremely positive, professional and understanding at all times. The end result was outstanding! Selling you’re hone can be very stressful - you need an agent who has you’re best interests at heart (not their own) - you need an agent you can trust! If you’re buying or selling, I highly recommend Jessica - Lee!
