We were contacted by Daniel one of Adam's staff and was asked if we would be interested in an appraisal as the house up the road was just sold by Adam and his team. On the day of appraisal figures were handed over and we were happy with this but decided to up it a bit more and handed our place over for them to sell. Within a few days we started having a lot of interest and then had some open homes. There were some very low ball offers and Daniel (who we mainly communicated with) was very upfront with guidance and suggestions. Daniel would give us a complete rundown on who attended the open homes and what level of interest was shown by those attending. On the actual day Daniel would send us text messages as to what was transpiring whilst the house was open. Adam would also call later in the day to further explain as to what had transpired and asking if we were happy. They were certainly on the ball and very professional. Daniel would call in personally to see if everything was ok and asked if there was anything else that he could do, there was nothing as they had it all covered. When we received a call from Adam whilst the open house was on to come back so we arrived back and on pulling into the driveway Adam was standing there and said " I just sold your house for $......... are you happy. Well, we were more than happy and to make it even better the buyer wanted a 30 day settlement which we were happy to oblige. On the day of settlement both Daniel and Adam gave us updates on how things were travelling which was appreciated (Nothing worse than no news). Both myself and my wife were extrememy pleased with the process. There was nothing that they could not do, we seriously recommend Adam and his team to any one who is considering selling. It was really pleasing to hear that our house was Daniels first solo sale so congratulations to Daniel you really deserved it. Once again a very professional and caring team of people who put you first . Your gift was appreciated.
