We were so glad to have Nakita looking after us with selling our wonderful home, which was sad for us after 33 years but age crept up on us and we needed to downsize and who better then this lovely kind thoughtful lady who kept in touch all the way through the selling, a lovely cheerful voice on the phone and calling in to check up on us. Once I got a contract thought there wouldn't be alot more to do. Well yes there was , Adam Charlton made everything easy for me , yes there was a few issues arrise , Adam sorted them without me knowing to ease my stress, I think people under estimate real estate agents and the difficult situations that can arise. During the open home i was turned away in a cold mannor and felt to be waisting her time because my offer was low compared to the sellers asking price. A week later i got a call suggesting i put forward my offer because the seller was desperate to sell. Initially i really didnt want to, because i didnt want to assosiate with a sales rep that i experienced to be cold and dismissive and looked like she really didnt want to be there. But i brought my partner aling with me and he loved the house so we put our offer in which was accepted very quickly after that. Once the seller accepted our offer to buy, Nakitas persona changed from cold and waisting her time to doing anything she could for us including organising early access for us to clean. Which in our offer we did say under condition the house was bond cleaned but Nakita failed to put that in the contract so therefore we had to clean 2 houses ourselves which added great stress to our already stressful time. So thats why my score for Nakita was very low. Very dismissive in the beginning when there was no dollar signs in her eyes and then failed to put our hand written conditions in the contract. Which i take fault of overlooking that in the moment.
