Adam is a true professional who went above and beyond to help us purchase our dream home. After enquiring about the property, Adam hastily organised a private inspection. That evening we made an offer and he facilitated a fast and fair negotiation with the seller and we were able to meet somewhere in the middle. He didn’t beat around the bush and continually ask for offer increases like other agents do, he was honest in his dealings and because of that we were able to close a deal within 24 hours of inspection. I had my home listed with Harcourts for 8-10 weeks. Very poor attitude and commitment to selling my home with her fielding offers of high 7's to mid 8's with Melissa telling me to find another agent if I wished. I took up the offer and engaged Adam as I was interested in a property he had. He put the home on his website and within 24 hours I had a signed contract. Him and his team go above and beyond for the seller with great communication, bringing a professional standard second to none to the table. Very easy going and doesn't talk any shit like the prior agency. I couldn't recommend the Adam Charlton realty team any higher. Don't bother using any other agency. 5 star service, attitude and commitment

Adam was unable to show us through the property but instead of dismissing us as most agents do he had Michelle From their team of professional people to meet and greet us at the property.
