Adam approached us regarding selling our property as he had a buyer that wanted to be in our area. The buyer had been looking for a year with no luck of finding their dream home. Adam was able to negotiate a price we couldn’t refuse. Adam and his team made the process very easy and supported us in looking for a new property in the area. We were sent many properties by the team and unfortunately didn’t receive the same type of service through other agencies which was really off putting. We ended up purchasing through the Adam Charlton Team and have just started renovating the new property. The team are straight to the point and always on top of communication!

We couldn't believe how amazing Adam and the team are!! As a first home buyers we had so many bad experiences with other company's for months until we met Adam. He was able to find us a perfect property and it was such a seamless process throughout to settlement. What impressed us most was Adam's ability to be a normal person and not your typical agent that js just pushing for a sale.  He was so patient with us and was able to answer all the ridiculous questions we had being first home buyers. When settlement was completed it was such a great experience with handover. The amazing gift from the team at Movement Realty really topped it all off. We can't recommend Adam and the Movement Realty team enough, they are best in the business! If you're looking for a down to earth real estate agent who will be honest with you without all the bull**** look no further than Adam. We're forever grateful for his help in finding our first home.
